WHAT IS TUMBLING? 

Tumbling is a dynamic gymnastic discipline– fast, powerful and rhythmical succession of acrobatic bounding from hands to feet, feet to hands or even feet directly back onto feet. 

A tumbling routine (pass) is performed on a tumbling track that is 25 metres in length. A  gymnast performs a tumbling pass sees him or her gain speed and power by running along a track and performing a series of  backflips, whips, somersaults and twists.

Tumbling is the perfect sport for those looking for a fast-paced and daring challenge.  It keeps you fit & strong but most of all….Tumbling is fun!

WHAT IS DOUBLE MINI TRAMPOLINING (DMT)

Double mini trampoline is a fast paced rebound discipline which combines the aerial skills of trampoline and the landings you are come accustomed to seeing from gymnasts using the vault. DMT is powerful and daring but most of all... DMT is exciting!
